Secret Knowledge – Series No 3: Supportive measures you can use to combat Candida
This article follows on from Series No 1 – It All Starts with Acidity and Series No 2 – Candida: Why You Should Pay Attention! If you have not read those yet, we recommend starting there.
Lifestyle Changes
Candidiasis is difficult to eliminate without dedicated effort. The most effective first step is changing your lifestyle, including gradually cutting out sugars, processed foods, and unhealthy options from your diet. Making these changes is essential, as other efforts will be ineffective without them.
Hydration
Drinking high-quality, structured water is the most essential improvement for proper hydration and will support recovery from various illnesses.
Cleanses
There are a variety of cleanses that can be undertaken to enable your body to achieve balance again. Remember, we detox to remove barriers and blockages that prevent the body’s natural process of healing from occurring.
My first suggestion would be to do Full Body Detoxes using Dr Hulda Clark Traditional Protocols once or twice a year minimum. We do have other kits that can be used, but they are generally used after a Full Body Detox has been done. Many clients elect to do these in place of the traditional kits with some results, but never as potent as the traditional kits.

The Zapper
The “Zapper” is one of the most revolutionary new treatment options to come out of Dr Clark’s research. Having identified that everything emits its own unique frequency, Dr Clark then discovered that exposing an organism to its own characteristic frequency can effectively destroy it. Fortunately for us, as humans, our characteristic frequencies (1520 kHz to 9460 kHz) are a long way from those of the pathogens that make us ill (77 kHz to 900 kHz), so we can kill them electrically without adversely affecting ourselves. This can be done by using a frequency generator that selectively destroys particular pathogens, or by using a zapper. A zapper is an electronic device that runs on a 9-volt battery and generates a positive offset frequency. Dr Clark claims that it kills all pathogens that it reaches simultaneously in 7 minutes (a full treatment covers three 7-minute sessions in an hour). But we must use caution to begin with a slow zapping protocol first, to build up to the 7-minute, three-session treatment.
